Voucher types

  1. The vouchers offered by Zodomo.com allows instant deduction on your order amount.


  2. In each order only 1 voucher is allowed for deduction. If you have more than 1 voucher, please split the order or use it in next purchase.


  3. Each voucher comes with a validity date; please remember to use it before it expired. Expired voucher is not acceptable in the system.


  4. Zodomo.com offers few types of vouchers. Each of the type vouchers has slight different in the calculation. Please refer to below table.

Discount VoucherCannot be exchanged as cash.

Must be used before expiry date.

The balance of the voucher will be voided after using. So we advise your order amount should equal or greater than the value of the voucher.
Refund VoucherCannot be exchanged as cash.

Expiry date can be extended if it's expired.

The balance of the voucher will be voided after using. So we advise your order amount should equal or greater than the value of the voucher.
Cash VoucherCan be exchanged as cash. Please contact our customer service to redeem as cash.

Expiry date can be extended if it's expired.

The balance of the voucher will be credited and generated as new voucher after using.

When you check out, you will be redirected to shopping cart summary page.



We will list out all the available vouchers at the bottom. Please click the voucher that you would like to use and click "Add" button.

Then you will see the deduction works after adding successfully.
