Return and Exchange

The most common problem with online shoes purchase is that the shoes size does not fit you. In order for you to feel at peace and confidence of purchasing from Zodomo.com, we provide FREE Exchange!

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we also allow you to return your order with FULL Refund. Great isn't it? Yes, all we want is to make you feel comfortable when shopping with us without any worries!

We accept return & exchange based on the following rules:

Within 7 days after you receive the item.

The item is still able to be sold without damage or wear.

Item is returned with original packaging.

Exchange request is only allowed on the same design & color of the item. In other words, you can only exchange the size of the item.

We reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange request if you do not fulfill the requirements stated above.

Request Types	Notes
Return request (Malaysia & other countries)	Once we accept the item, we will fully refund to customer in cash voucher. You can use the cash voucher for deduction in next purchase or redeem it as cash. For more information about cash voucher, please read here.
Exchange request (Malaysia)	We will cover the shipping cost that sending the new shoes size to customer. Exchange request is only allowed on the same design & color of the item. In other words, you can only exchange the size of the item.
Exchange request (Other countries)	We accept exchange request for other countries. However customer has to bear the both ways shipping cost. Exchange request is only allowed on the same design & color of the item. In other words, you can only exchange the size of the item.
